About

Atiba has spent his career on one problem: smart people losing hours to manual work that the right systems could handle. As founder of ATL Workflow Automation Inc., he helps accounting firms, non-profits, and growing businesses modernize their finance and operations. That work covers workflow design, cloud accounting and ERP ecosystems such as QuickBooks Online, QBO Advanced, and Sage Intacct, along with integrations, automation, and AI that is practical rather than hyped. Before launching ATL, Atiba spent nine years at Intuit working with accounting professionals and businesses across Canada. He delivered webinars and live training, supported implementations, and helped teams cut manual effort by improving their app stacks and end-to-end processes. Most recently he was Principal Industry Solutions Strategist and national lead for Intuit's Business Solutions Provider (BSP) program. In that role he built go-to-market strategy and enablement for Construction, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Inventory, and Not-for-Profit, with a particular focus on the growing mid-market. Teaching is central to how Atiba works. Through K2 Canada, he delivers technology-focused professional development that helps accountants get more from the tools they use every day. He also teaches QuickBooks and AI courses for CPA bodies and accounting associations across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. His sessions are known for turning complex technology into steps people can apply immediately. At ATL, Atiba helps teams assess and redesign workflows in finance and adjacent operations. He guides them in selecting and optimizing their cloud accounting and app ecosystems, and he builds integrations and automation across payroll, AP, expenses, bank feeds, approvals, and APIs. He also creates reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that leaders actually use. For accounting firms, he streamlines internal workflows and helps launch client advisory services (CAS) practices. Atiba works in English and French and is especially passionate about supporting organizations across Canada, including Québec. He is often brought in when a team outgrows its SMB tools and moves toward mid-market or ERP-level complexity. If your organization is scaling but your workflows still depend on manual workarounds, Atiba would love to connect.
