How do I join my live webinar?

How do attendance check-ins and CPE credit work?

When do I get my certificate?
We issue your certificate ourselves — you do not have to wait on anyone else. Self-study certificates appear the moment you finish; live-webinar certificates once the session has settled and your attendance has been scored, usually within minutes. They live in your account. If it is not there →
The video keeps buffering — what can I do?

Do you report my IRS CE for me?
Yes. CPE Today is an IRS-approved CE provider (ID OWVJT) — we report qualifying tax program hours to the IRS against the PTIN on your account, so there is nothing for you to submit. Make sure your PTIN is on your account, because it is the identifier the IRS matches on.

How long do I have to finish a self-study course?
365 days from when you were enrolled — not from when the order was placed, which matters if a seat was bought for you in advance. More →
