Accreditation & Credit Acceptance

Nationally registered, independently audited, and accepted where it matters — here's exactly who stands behind our programs and how the credit works for your license.

NASBA National Registry of CPE Sponsors

NASBA National Registry of CPE Sponsors

Sponsor ID 167619

CPE Today is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Registry sponsorship means our program development, instructor qualifications, attendance monitoring, and record keeping follow the NASBA/AICPA Statement on Standards for CPE Programs — and that boards of accountancy in all 50 states recognize the registry. Complaints may also be registered with NASBA at nasbaregistry.org.

IRS Approved Continuing Education Provider

IRS Approved Continuing Education Provider

Provider ID OWVJT

CPE Today is an IRS-approved continuing education provider (Provider ID OWVJT). Qualifying federal tax programs carry an IRS program number and are reported to the IRS for Enrolled Agents and Annual Filing Season Program participants.

Completed qualifying tax programs are reported to the IRS against the PTIN on your account — Enrolled Agents and Annual Filing Season Program participants don't need to submit anything themselves.
