How it runs
Open the course from your account and work through it at your own pace. You can stop and come back; your place is kept.
How long you have
365 days, counted from when you were enrolled — not from when the order was placed. That distinction matters if a seat was bought for you in advance: a seat purchased in January and assigned to you in June gives you a full year from June, not a month.
Your certificate
Issued immediately when you complete the course, in your account. No waiting.
If your access has lapsed
Contact us. We can often extend it, particularly if you were part-way through.

If your class is running, use the chat inside the session — we are watching it. Otherwise contact us and we reply within one business day. If a technical problem at our end cost you part of a class, tell us and we will put your credit right.
