Where to look
Your certificates are in your account and can be downloaded any time.
Self-study certificates appear immediately on completion. For a live webinar, your certificate is issued once the session has settled and your attendance has been scored — usually within a few minutes of the class ending, occasionally longer.
If it is not there
- Check you have met the attendance threshold — 75% of the check-ins. If you think you did and it is not showing, contact us and we will look at your session.
- Check the name on your account. Certificates carry your name as we hold it.
If a detail is wrong
Tell us and we will reissue it. A certificate with the wrong name or hours is worth correcting properly rather than editing yourself — a state board may check it against our records.

If your class is running, use the chat inside the session — we are watching it. Otherwise contact us and we reply within one business day. If a technical problem at our end cost you part of a class, tell us and we will put your credit right.
