Use forgotten password and follow the emailed link. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and add us to your safe senders, because that is also where your join links and certificates will end up.

If your seat came from someone else

If your firm or a colleague bought your place, the invitation went to the email address they entered. That may not be the one you normally use. Search your inbox for our name, and try signing in with that address.

Still stuck, and class is starting

Contact us. If it is within a few minutes of your session, say so — we prioritise anyone trying to get into a class that is running.
