Someone bought a seat for me
Use the email address they entered
When a firm or a colleague buys a seat for you, the invitation goes to the email address they typed. That may not be the address you normally use, and it is the single most common reason somebody cannot find their course.
Search your inbox for our name. If you find the invitation, use that address to sign in or to set your password.
Setting up your access
If you do not already have an account, the invitation will ask you to choose a password first. That is deliberate — the course becomes yours at that point, and your certificate will carry your name, not the name of whoever paid.
Still cannot find it
Ask the person who bought it which address they used. Failing that, contact us with their name or the order and we will find the seat and move it to the right address.
