Tell us which session you are registered for and which one you would rather attend, and we will switch you over. There is no charge for this.

Do it before the session if you can. Once you have attended part of a class the picture gets more complicated, though it is still worth asking.

Or watch it on demand instead

Many courses are also available as on-demand replays, which earn the same credit on your own schedule. If yours is one of them we will point you at it — often the easier answer if your diary is the problem.

If you missed it entirely

Nothing bad happens. You are not charged extra and you do not lose the course. Ask us and we will get you into a later session or the on-demand version.
