How do I join my webinar?

Open the join link in your confirmation email a few minutes before the start time. It runs in your browser — there is nothing to download and no meeting ID to type.

Cannot find the email? Your session is also in your account, and the link is the same one.

Worth doing before the day

Check your setup — it takes under a minute and tells you whether your browser and connection are ready. Much better to find out the day before than four minutes before.

If the link does not work

• Make sure you are signed in as the person who was registered. If a colleague bought your seat, the invitation goes to your own email address.
• Try the link in a different browser.
• Contact us — and if class has already started, use the chat if you can get in at all. We are watching it during every session.
