I missed some check-ins — do I still get credit?

Probably, yes

You need 75% of the check-ins, not all of them. Missing one or two in a long class usually makes no difference.

If you missed more than that

Tell us what happened. If your connection dropped, your browser froze, or you were shut out for a few minutes, say so — in the chat during the class if you can, or contact us afterwards.

We can see what your session actually did: when you were connected, which prompts appeared, and which ones you answered. If the record shows you were there and something at our end got in the way, we will fix your credit. We are not looking for reasons to withhold it.

What we cannot do

We cannot award credit for a class you did not attend — NASBA requires us to be able to show that attendance was genuinely monitored, and that rule protects the value of every certificate we issue.
