Will Hamilton is the Founder of SmartPath and currently serves as Vice President, SmartPath at SmartVault, following SmartVault’s acquisition of the company in April 2024.
Will is an entrepreneur, speaker, and pricing strategist focused on the accounting industry. He has spent 17+ years helping tax and accounting firms improve pricing, profitability, and growth strategies, working directly with over 2,000 firms nationwide.
He founded SmartPath to bring a more data-driven approach to pricing for accounting firms. The platform (SmartPath Engage) provides pricing intelligence and revenue optimization tools that help firms set fees accurately, reduce scope creep, and increase margins while scaling advisory services.
As part of SmartVault, Will leads the growth, product direction, and adoption of SmartPath, while continuing to educate firms on shifting from transactional work to a profitability and advisory-first mindset.
He is also a frequent speaker and writer on modern pricing strategies, known for helping firms transition from hourly billing to value-based pricing models that better reflect the services they deliver.
