Can I get a refund?

Open the order in your account and choose Return this order. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

You can do this for 30 days from the date of the order.

When the button is not there

Two things close self-service, and the order page tells you which one applies:

• You attended the course. Attending is using what you bought.
• A certificate has been issued. The certificate is the product.

That is not the end of it

Those rules govern the button, not us. If something went wrong — you were double-charged, the class did not run as described, a technical problem at our end cost you the session — contact us. Somebody will look at the actual order, and we can refund outside the window when the circumstances warrant it. The rule exists to make the ordinary case instant, not to trap the unusual one.
